Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any cancellations or booked appointment changes. Be mindful that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice it can be hard to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to the Therapist and also other potential miss the opportunity for services and care they need. Due to this you will be charged a booking deposit, which holds your place and covers the missed appointment. Any rescheduled or cancelled appointments within 24-hours no fees will be charged aside from the booking deposit. We also request that payment information be provided for the deposit to paid before your appointment. The deposit is a portion of the cost of service your request. The total cost of massage is not required but the deposit is, and the remaining balance can be paid in person if you'd like. We' d like to express in situations where illness and emergencies arise, such as fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, infections or anything else that could cause harm or illness to your therapist that you cancel your session 24-hours prior to appointment time. Bad weather is also another situation that would require cancellations or rescheduling. We will do our best at keeping you up to date on needing to cancel or reschedule on our end. Please be mindful to not rest your safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellations due to illness, weather, or injuries, will not result in any charges but will need reviewing of the matter. LATE ARRIVAL: We request that you arrive 5-10 min early so that any necessary paperwork can be filled out, or to discuss any questions or concerns you or your therapist may have. We understand that life happens and you maybe late to appointments, but please notify us when such issues arise. Otherwise, sessions maybe rescheduled after 5min wait time. INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR: Massage sessions are for relaxation and Therapeutic purposes only. There is no sexual component to the sessions. Ant the matter of any insultations, jokes, gestures, conversations, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal and any and all future services thereafter. You will be charged the full-service fee. Keep in mind that depending on the behaviors we will report to local authorities about the matter. Treat all Therapist with respect and dignity and you will receive the same in return always.
